Learn how to navigate your phone, tablet or computer at Burwood Library Tech Help 1:1 learning sessions. Work at your own pace with our friendly staff to have your questions answered!

Please make sure your device batteries are charged, and you know all of your device and account passwords. 

Topics covered: 

• General tech issues
• Phone guidance, calls, messages, notifications and accessibility settings
• App downloading, deleting and organising
• Phone customisation
• Access to eBooks and Audiobooks
• Email attachments, printing documents, saving files
• Cloud storage organising, syncing and backups

We are unable to assist with: 

• Personal or legal forms
• Online banking transactions
• Advice on purchases
• Device setup and repairs
• Virus removal
• Password management

Tech Help runs on the first Friday of each month.

Sessions run for 45 minutes, commencing at 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm.
