Unattended shopping trolleys can be unsightly and hazardous blocking footpaths, littering parks, and polluting waterways. The good news? Retailers are responsible for collecting them, and reporting is quick and easy.

Before you report it to the retailer, ensure you have the following first:

  • The exact location (address or nearby landmark)
  • Number of trolleys spotted

What Happens Next?

Once reported, the responsible retailer will arrange for the trolley to be collected, typically within a few business days.
