Learn how to navigate your phone, tablet or computer at Burwood Library 1:1 Tech Help learning sessions. Work at your own pace with our friendly staff to have your questions answered!

We can assist with:

• General tech issues
• Phone guidance, calls, messages, notifications and accessibility settings
• App downloading, deleting and organising
• Phone customisation
• Access to eBooks and Audiobooks
• Email attachments, printing documents, saving files
• Cloud storage organising, syncing and backups

We are unable to assist with:

• Personal or legal forms
• Online banking transactions
• Advice on purchases
• Device setup and repairs
• Virus removal
• Password management

Please make sure your device batteries are charged, and you know all of your device and account passwords.

When: 1:1 Tech Help runs on the first Friday of each month. Sessions are 45 minutes, commencing at 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm.

Where: Customer Service room near the Library entrance
