Digital Studio

The Digital Studio is a creative space designed to provide pathways to learn about digital content creation through various programs. The studio is soundproofed and contains a range of digital and physical tools to bring your music, photography, videography, and digital art ideas to life.

Studio bookings

The Digital Studio is available for library member use on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in 3-hour blocks.

If you would like to book the studio for your music, video, photography, podcasting, or content creation needs, please note the following:

• We request that you book 1-week prior to the date

• You need to have a library membership to use the studio

• You need to undertake a Digital Studio induction prior to your first booking

• The library cannot guarantee that staff will be able/on-hand to assist with equipment or technology. We require that all Studio users have basic proficiency with the technology before using it

• Booking the studio is free, however, any damages or loss will be charged to the borrower

• The studio has a maximum capacity of 5 people

Booking process

1. After you've filled in the request form, you'll receive a tentative booking email

2. One of the library team will be in contact to confirm your booking

3. If this is your first booking, we'll also organise to induct you into the space 

4. If you've already been inducted, the library will send you PIN code to access the studio
