Customer Satisfaction Survey

Between 22 May and 13 June, Burwood Council has engaged market research consultancy Mircromex to undertake customer satisfaction surveys for Burwood Library, Customer Service and Enfield Aquatic Centre users.

The surveys have been approved by Council and we appreciate the participation of people who have been approached by Micromex consultants over the phone or in-person.

The team from Sydney Weekender stopped by our beautiful area to showcase our spaces, activities, restaurants and things to do!

The episode was a huge success, with data showing that over 200,000 people tuned in to see our area in all its brilliance in just the first week!

Council was thrilled to be approached for this fantastic opportunity and to see Burwood shine so brightly.
