Justice of the Peace (JP) Services at Burwood Library
Service Times
Burwood Library offers Justice of the Peace (JP) services every Tuesday at two sessions:
Afternoon: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm - find more details in afternoon sessions.
Evening: Every second and fourth Tuesday of the month, from 6.45pm-7.45pm - find more details on evening sessions.
No Bookings Required
This is a volunteer-run service, so appointments are not necessary. However, please be aware that service availability may depend on the JP’s workload on the day. If maximum capacity is reached, additional clients may not be accommodated.
What to Bring
To ensure your documents can be certified or witnessed without delay, please bring:
- Original documents
- Completed forms
- Required number of copies
- Identification, including photo ID
- Your own pen
Using Library Facilities
If you need to make photocopies, you must be a library member. Library membership is free, join Burwood library.
