Tai Chi for Mental Wellness

Join Grandmaster Gary from Australian Academy of Tai Chi & Living Chi for a calming and restorative Tai Chi workshop designed to promote mental wellbeing.

This traditional Chinese practice blends gentle movement, mindfulness and breathwork to support both body and mind.

The session will include:

  • Introduction to Tai Chi body-mind health principles
  • Practical stretching and breathing Qigong
  • Mindfulness through Tai Chi movements
  • Stress release Qi energy meditation

The workshop will be conducted in English.

Suitable for all levels.
