School Holiday Workshop: Kooky Characters

Reverse Garbage are coming to Burwood Library to run this fun school holiday program. Get a little silly in this workshop as you imagine and make a kooky character to take home.Re-use materials sourced from industrial discards can inspire some truly crazy creations. Participants will think through how they can express a personality through the available materials and test their problem-solving skills as they work without glue or tape to piece it all together. This workshop has a strong emphasis on Zero waste making, encouraging participants to make careful decisions about how they use materials.

What to expect:

• Parents and carers will need to remain with the child throughout the workshop (but do not need to reserve a ticket)

• Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy in!

• All materials are supplied

• Workshop is suited to primary school aged children 6-12 years.

Late cut off: Unfortunately, attendees arriving more than 10 minutes late will be unable to participate.
