The Mayor's Business Commendation Awards celebrate and recognise Burwood's long-serving and impactful local businesses.

The Mayor's Business Commendation Awards celebrate Burwood's long-serving and impactful local businesses.

The awards honour small local businesses for their achievements while operating in Burwood for 10+, 25+, or 40+ years.

Businesses that are family owned within Burwood for two or more generations in succession are recognised with the Generational Award.

The Business Impact award is also given to business that have contributed to raising the profile of Burwood or have demonstrated a significant contribution to the local community.

Council was pleased to host the 2024 Mayor's Business Commendation Awards Night on Wednesday, 29 May.
