Application For Endorsement Of 88E Instruments

Before you submit your application

Council can only endorse your 88E Instrument once the application fee has been paid and all required documents are correctly submitted.

Required documents

Before you start your application, please have the following items ready to upload:

  1. PDF copy of your Positive Covenant. Please prepare your Positive Covenant in accordance to Council requirements in the Positive Covenant sample PDF(PDF, 43KB) provided. 
  2. PDF copy of your Work-as-Executed (WAE) Stormwater Plan showing that stormwater and flood mitigation works have been built as approved.
  3. PDF copy of your Engineer’s Certificate confirming the works on your site are completed correctly according to the approved plans.
