Burwood Council Programs 

Burwood Council offers a range of services for families and children including Mobile Playvan, Community Soccer, parenting information sessions, events, expos and many other activities throughout the year.

Burwood's Mobile Playvan

Inviting all parents/carers and their children aged 0-6 years to join our FUN outdoor playgroup that meets every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during school term. Mobile Playvan provides a great opportunity for parents and children to socialise, make friends and have fun. There are lots of fun activities including games, storytelling, art and craft plus more.

Mondays:

The Mobile Playvan meets at Woodstock Park (22 Church Street, Burwood), from 10am-12pm. Mobile Playvan does not operate during the school holidays, extreme weather, or on rainy days.

Tuesdays:

The Mobile Playvan meets at  Wangal Park  ( Monash Parade, Croydon ), from 10am-12pm. Mobile Playvan does not operate during the school holidays, extreme weather, or on rainy days.

Wednesdays:

The Mobile Playvan meets at Henley Park (Portland St, Enfield), from 10am-12pm. Mobile Playvan does not operate during the school holidays, extreme weather, or on rainy days.

Thursdays:

The Mobile Playvan meets at Burwood Park (Cnr Burwood Rd & Park Ave), from 10am-12pm. Mobile Playvan does not operate during the school holidays or extreme weather. 

Parents/carers must supervise their children at all times. Cost is gold coin donation per family. Please bring a drink, hat and sunscreen. Please DO NOT bring nut products to Mobile Playvan.

Community Soccer Program

Inviting all children aged 6 - 12 years to join our FUN outdoor activity that meets every Wednesday during school term. The Community Soccer Program provides a great opportunity for children to learn soccer skills, team work, to socialise, make friends and have fun. The cost to be advised.

Wednesdays: Meet at Burwood Park Community Centre from 4pm - 5.15pm.  For Registrations and more information please contact Burwood Council on 9911 9911.
