Project Aims and Objectives

The Anxiety Project aimed to support children and young people with anxiety, living in the inner west of Sydney. The project targeted parents of children with anxiety aged 3-18yrs; School counsellors – primary and high school; child/ youth/family service providers. The project provided information about supportive parenting, anxiety and mental health, local referral pathways, support services available, and current information and on-line resources.

Resources were launched and events were held during Mental Health Month, October 2017, at the Burwood Library & Community Hub.
