VIRTUAL 4 WEEK WELLBEING WORKOUT

Evidence-based exercise program targeting your mental health

Are you struggling to get motivated to exercise?

Over 4 weeks, learn practical tips and tricks on how to get motivated to start and sustain an exercise routine, what to do when the going gets tough and how to overcome barriers.

Each 2 hour, psychologist-designed session combines education with body weight exercises (squats, boxing, jog/march on spot).

Suitable for youth, adults and people with a disability

  • Week 1: The Power of Purpose and SMART exercise goals for mental health
  • Week 2: Attention switching, ANTs into PETs, Mindfulness
  • Week 3: Learning to fail gracefully, using the power of others
  • Week 4: How habits forms and overcoming boredom

 Includes:

  • Unlimited access to our Circuit and Yoga classes
  • FREE at home workout equipment- yoga mat, dumbbells
  • Track your progress with pre & post-program wellbeing surveys

Youth 16-18 years old

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 4.30 - 6.30pm

People with Disability (suitable for those who can participate in light exercise standing up)

Day:  Fridays

Time: 10-12pm

Dates: 21, 28 January and 4, 11 February 2022

Adults 18-70 years old

Day: Saturdays

Time: 10-12pm

Dates: 22, 29 January and 5, 12 February 2022
