About the Practice

In traditional Chinese medicine, five elements is one of the most important theories and practices. It has guided healing and rejuvenation for soul, heart and mind.

In these session there will be a blend of practice, Meditation and use of visual healing Art. You will about a 6 power technique which include the use therapeutic sounds.

The combined practice session will help create a shift towards opening the energetic channel within the physical body and help to bring a balance from negative state to a positive emotional states. that brings us to a natural flow state. We are then able to release stress, anxiety, confusion and fear.

The other practice will be bringing more focus to the energy centre's of our physical body, including chakra's and energy spaces in the body.
