 Are you passionate about your local community? Would you like to learn more about standing for Council elections?

 The Australian Local Government Women’s Association (ALGWA) NSW will be holding a forum for women interested in standing for Council in the upcoming Local Government elections at Burwood Council on Saturday 17 April 2021 from 2pm – 5pm. The forum is part of a series being held by ALGWA NSW across the state, designed to ensure representation of women will increase in NSW in the upcoming Local Government September 2021 elections.

The ALGWA NSW forum aims to provide women with support, information and encouragement to stand for election to your Council. Attendance is free and pre-registration is required. Make a booking here.
