Term 4 Programs Update

We are happy to announce the recommencement of Enfield Aquatic Centre’s Term 4 Learn to Swim and Squad programs from Monday 1 November 2021.

In conjunction with the updated Public Health Orders, Enfield Aquatic Centre will require all visitors aged 16 years and over to present their COVID-19 Digital Certificate or Immunisation History as proof of vaccination status to attend the program.

For individuals with a medical exemption, an updated medical contraindication on their Immunisation history will be accepted.

All visitors aged under 16 will be required to be accompanied by an adult in their household who is fully vaccinated. The accompanying adult must present their COVID-19 Digital Certificate or Immunisation History as proof of vaccination or medical exemption to attend the centre.

Due to the delayed commencement of our Term 4 program and Public Health Order requirements, there will be a few changes to the Term format including:

  • A reduced 7 week term commencing from Monday 1 November 2021 until Sunday 19 December 2021.
  • As the term is less than 8 weeks, Active Kids vouchers will not be accepted. Families with previous program credits on family accounts can be applied to payments.
  • To assist with ongoing assessment and enrolment periods for new and returning students there will be no in class assessments during the term.

Only cashless payments will be accepted at reception - cards only.

Increased cleaning will be implemented in line with our Covid Safe Plan.

Our standard program terms and conditions apply but we’ve also put in place additional measures to ensure the safety of our customers.

This includes:

  • Mandatory check in and check out using the QR code
  • Students aged 16 years and over will be required to present their COVID-19 Digital Certificate or Immunisation History as proof of vaccination status when attending the centre
  • Students with a medical exemption, a medical contraindication on their immunisation history will be accepted
  • Students aged under 16 will be required to be accompanied by an adult in their household who is fully vaccinated. The accompanying adult will present their COVID-19 Digital Certificate or Immunisation History as proof of vaccination or medical exemption.

  • Facemasks must be worn at all times when not swimming (except for children under 12 years)
  • Cashless payments for entry - cards only.
