Refunds for Term 3 payments closed on Monday, 27 September 2021.
For families who have placed in a request prior to closing, Council will process all applications as soon as possible, however this may take up to eight weeks.

REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Refunds will only be processed for fees paid towards closure effected programs, including Term 3 2021 and the June/July 2021 Holiday Intensive Program.
- Refunds will exclude any balance paid with a redeemed Active Kids voucher.
- Balances from Active Kids redemptions will remain on Family Account for future programs bookings.
- Provision of refund will result in foregoing of your applicable program credit.
- For privacy and security purposes refunds will not be issued to customers who are not able to verify their family account details.
- Customer are responsible ensuring the accuracy of all details provided. Incorrect provision of details may result refund request not being able to be processed.
- Payments may take up to 8 weeks.
- Applications must be completed and submitted by 27 September 2021.
