Term 3 2021 Programs Information

As a result on the current Public Health Order we have regrettably had to cancel the Term 3 Learn to Swim Program. Payments for Term 3 have been placed into credit on your family account.

Once EAC programs recommence, this credit will be available to use for your bookings.






Refunds for Term 3 payments closed on Monday, 27 September 2021.

For families who have placed in a request prior to closing, Council will process all applications as soon as possible, however this may take up to eight weeks.

We appreciate your patience.



  • Refunds will only be processed for fees paid towards closure effected programs, including Term 3 2021 and the June/July 2021 Holiday Intensive Program. 
  • Refunds will exclude any balance paid with a redeemed Active Kids voucher.
  • Balances from Active Kids redemptions will remain on Family Account for future programs bookings.
  • Provision of refund will result in foregoing of your applicable program credit.
  • For privacy and security purposes refunds will not be issued to customers who are not able to verify their family account details.
  • Customer are responsible ensuring the accuracy of all details provided. Incorrect provision of details may result refund request not being able to be processed.
  • Payments may take up to 8 weeks.
  • Applications must be completed and submitted by 27 September 2021.  

Once EAC programs recommence families can apply for credit in the following circumstances:


  • Student has incurred a major illness

  • Student has incurred a major injury



  • Credit applications must include a Doctor’s Certificate. 

  • Applications will only be considered for three or more consecutive absences from classes.

  • Completed credit applications must be submitted prior to the completion of the enrollment term.

  • All approved credit applications will have an expiry 12 months from the date of processing. 

  • Program credit balances can be used for future Learn to Swim, Squad and Infant Aquatics programs.

  • Approved credits are applied to the family account and are not given in a monetary form.
