Venue hire subsidies for November

For NSW Small Business Month from 1-30 November, Council will be actively supporting small businesses as they recover from COVID, floods and other economic challenges through the delivery of free events and subsidies.

Burwood Council will be subsidising the cost of facility hire for small business owners who operate in the Burwood LGA for the month of November. 

Small business owners will be offered subsidised rates at 25% of the overall fee from 1-30 November. 

The subsidy applies to all Council venues and meeting rooms for hire, and will be offered for a maximum of 20 hours per business owner for the abovementioned period. 

How to access the subsided rates:

  1. Call Burwood Customer Service on 9911 9911 to book your venue
  2. Provide your business name, confirming you are a small business in the Burwood LGA
  3. The 75% discounted rate will automatically be applied
