Notification of outdoor dining applications
Notifications of new or expanded outdoor dining locations on roadways will be made through a notice on Council’s website for a period of at least 14 days.
Notification of applications for live performance in outdoor dining areas
Public notification will be required for all applications seeking to have live performance in their outdoor dining space. Notification will be made through a notice on the premises (responsibility of the business) and Burwood Council’s website for a minimum of 14 days.
Notification of temporary road closures
Notifications of temporary road closures for the purpose of events and public space activations will be made through a notice on Council’s website for a period of at least 14 days and will be displayed on site through the use of temporary street signage a minimum of 3 days prior to the scheduled closure.
