Section 94 and 94A Contributions

As of 1 September 2012, there will be two Section 94A Contributions Plans applying within the Burwood Local Government Area. One plan applies to the Burwood Town Centre, while the other plan applies to the area outside the Burwood Town Centre.

The Section 94A Contributions Plans replace the Section 94 Contributions Plans which have previously applied. Should you wish to access the superseded plans, these can be accessed here.
