Section 94 Contributions
Section 94 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act enables local government to collect levies on new development for the provision of public services and amenities likely to be required by the new development.
Council has prepared Contribution Plans for Road Traffic Facilities, and Open Space, Community Facilities and Public Car Parking. The plans may be downloaded by selecting the relevant link below.
