Planning Scheme Ordinance

The Burwood Planning Scheme Ordinance has been replaced by the Burwood Local Environmental Plan (BLEP) 2012, which came into force on 9 November 2012. However, the BPSO is available here as it remains relevant to Development Applications lodged prior to 9 November 2012.
