Burwood Town Centre
The Burwood Town Centre Planning Panel endorsed a draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP) for the town centre on 2 June 2009. A Development Control Plan (DCP), known as DCP Part 36, and a Section 94A Contributions Plan accompanies the LEP. The LEP, DCP and Contributions Plan came into force on 10 May 2010 following approval by the Minister for Planning.
